Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using the mmg6 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

mmg6 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use after such changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility and Account Registration

The mmg6 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not prohibited from gambling activities by any law or regulation applicable to you.
• Have never closed or enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Owning multiple accounts by the same user constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being terminated and balances held pending investigation.

Account Security and Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential at all times and not sharing it with any other party.
• Logging out of your account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying mmg6 immediately if there is any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
• Updating profile details such as phone number and email when changes occur.

mmg6 will not be liable for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account. However, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Malay and English should you encounter any account-related issues.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the mmg6 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within one hour.
• mmg6 supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a method registered under the same name as the mmg6 account. Deposits from third parties or non-matching accounts will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by the mmg6 team after the verification process is completed.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by mmg6 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.

For the mmg6 welcome bonus, the general terms are as follows:

• A 150% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM888 will be credited to the user's account once the deposit is confirmed.
• The wagering requirement is set at 25x the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150 and a balance of RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Second example: a deposit of RM1,200 will earn a bonus of RM888 and a balance of RM2,088. The wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• mmg6 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the bonus system.

mmg6 VIP Programme

The mmg6 VIP programme has four membership tiers with different weekly cashback benefits based on membership level:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on the user's accumulated betting activity over time. mmg6 reserves the right to adjust or change the VIP programme structure by giving reasonable notice to the members concerned.

VIP cashback will be credited to the user's account according to the set payment schedule and is subject to minimum wagering requirements as communicated at the time of crediting.

Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmg6 platform and will result in firm action including immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the betting system.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates the law.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Owning or using multiple accounts by the same individual.

mmg6 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities and to hold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. mmg6's decision in such matters is final.

• Transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
• Actions taken based on inaccurate information or content provided by the user themselves.

mmg6's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user into their account within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
